Customer service is very satisfactory, but compared to pricing offers, I hope more good deals are coming esp these holiday seasons.... Thank you.

I noticed that coffee maker was not prepared for use. Another customer had to tell staff to brew new coffee. Also, I noticed there were no table napkins nor paper towels provided, thus the counter needed wiping/cleaning.I had battery replacement. I waited for more than an hour to have it done. Service did not explain and neither did I ask why. I thought it takes that long wait for such service.The check out process was done fast.I did not know that battery replacement takes longer than a typical routine maintenance. I maybe right or wrong, but that's what happened.
