the overall experience was great.! the staff was great! the vehicle is great and the price was great with all the features! my only issue was my rate of finance which im not sure if anderson mitsubishi had any control over,i fully expected to get a better rate as my credit is better than good. not sure what went wrong in that area but i accepted the termsbecause of the general care and treatment of me as a customer. i bought my previous vehicle from the same place and the experience was unmatched by any other dealership

No car wash. I have never had a car that was not washed when I took it in for service..I would like for Anderson to add car washing as a part of their service.Great service
