All staff was friendly, thorough, polite and visit was very informative of what I had to do and what they were going to do.

Everyone is so nice and professional and caring. I’m always sad when my body hurts but know that people at the clinic will work with me to help improve things.

Staff briefed me on today's activies, x-ray taken, PA conducted appt ,, very thorough, explained what I could expect in the next 8 to. 12 weeks as I heel. The entire staff was very professional and worked as a team

The only problem that i had previously was getting any follow-up from Shannon Lilly (that completes all paperwork). It was days with no response except an email this past Friday which provided very little info but indicated she was awaiting a response from an office mate. I called again (several days with no response. Coincidentally, after submitting this survey, Shannon immediately responded, but she was rude, cut me off while I was talking and basically reprimanded me for following up on paperwork as I was instructed to do by my insurance company. This is a very sad situation considering people call for service, and recovering only to be treated in this manner.

Overall a good visit

Very professional, experienced, practice. This is my second hip replacement ( my first was 17 years ago) the practice continues to get better. There were no surprises, they have true transparency .
