My diagnosis for torn rotator cuff was both arthritis and age. I appreciate the fact that PA Roach did not emphasize the age part!

I came in with knee and leg trouble. Xrays were taken which the doctor said were fine. He did not show me the xrays or explain them. He did not even examine my knee nor did he give me a satisfactory explaination of the swelling I was experiencing. He feels it is a back/nerve issue based on last year's MRI and he may very well be correct, but I felt that other possibilities were dismissed too quickly once he saw it as an issue for another doctor. The doctor was pleasant and personable but I felt the visit was perfunctory.

Very efficient operation at AO. I love all the staff.
