Once I was able to schedule an appointment at a clinic closer to me I was very satisfied. Previously I was being sent to Shirlington and I had to take a cab or an Uber. I can drive to the Mount Vernon location. Thank you for accommodating me.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and assisted immediately, which honestly sets the tone for an appointment for me - that was an instant relief and reassurance. I arrived early and I was even called into my appointment early - which was so efficient, I didn’t even have time to pull out my phone to kill time. Every step was clearly explained, and everyone was genuinely personable. When I met with the physician assistant, I never felt rushed. I was able to share all of my concerns, get my questions answered, and even secure a spot on the surgery schedule. Efficient, reassuring, and a really positive experience overall.
