Scheduling process is terrible. 2 days waiting on phone for 20-25 minutes with no results.Finally someone called me at 6:15Then she put me in under the incorrect name.

High quality of professional service from very high professional staff.

Everything was good it was easy talking to the providers and when I had a question it was answer right away

Having to do data entry of information previously submitted was annoying and unnecessary.

My entire experience at the clinic was excellent, even after call back the next day I received excellent services I was told by 5 people how great Dr. Frick is I was so impressed with his great manners and the decision he offer me. I am so thankful for seeing him, it took me 2 months to see him.

I was able to make my next appointment right away.

People on site very nice.The main problem is trying toget an appointment within a reasonable time and not having towait on the phone 20 to 25 mins.to talk with a person.
