I was all set to come in by car then I was sent the new app which confused me. Signed up and thought I had a video meeting with the doc. The app did include a check in as well. It was confusing. I was able to come in person at a later time to see the doctor.

It was difficult to reach staff i.e., long wait times when calling. Ability to e-mail the doctor/staff would have been helpful and appreciated.
