I was late due to directions I’d downloaded. No one was rude, everyone pleasant, a kind employee even helped me with pad I was not familiar with and my nerves settled easily.

Finest surgeons ever. Best possible results. I owe my remarkable quality of life to Dr. Branche and Dr. Fricka. I have the life I want at retirement age because of them.

I am a return patient having had a hip replacement done 9 years ago by Dr. Hamilton and now a partial knee done by Dr. Fricka. Highly recommend this practice - I won't go anywhere else. Very skilled surgeons.

Only was disappointing that when I called for reason after my visit I did not get thru at all. No one responded. I wanted to talk to Dr. Samir Nagda which I saw him on 5/1 and I wanted yo get list of all near by Therapy facility but I was disappointed that I hold for so long but I finally gave up. So I think you should have more staff for just to respond customers phones. I called same day also to find out address in Mt Vernon Hospital but again I was holding for longest time and no one responded. Anyway, it is so frustrating do you guys needs to look into this. Thanks.

Your phone lines are totally a “cluster f___”, but I think you can fix that. Hire more staff and pay them more!

Dr. Fricka is the best surgeon out there! He did my first knee replacement 3 years ago. I live in Loudoun county, and go all the way out to Mount Vernon to see him. He’s well worth the drive!
