The provider has cold mannerism and closes his eyes while talking to the patient. There needs to be an actual examination of the injured area. The doctor never looked at my main injury nor the connecting injuries that happened during the same fall. He poked at one injury area thru my clothes briefly. Then at the initial appointment after x rays but before MRI he told me to go ahead and start walking without crutches but it turned out he missed sering a broken bone so he had me walking on a fractured, displaced leg bone before the second appointment. It seems like precaution should be taken to not have patients walking without assistance on broken bones until all imagery is viewed. I asked for a diagnosis of the calf connected to the broken bone but was only given a "maybe you tore your calf muscle" answer, no exam, no MRI and no diagnosis even though this area was pointed out at the first appointment as bring severely painful. After four weeks on crutches and in a brace he told me to start walking on the leg unassisted as tolerated. I asked if he was going to do any follow up imagery and he said no. I am concerned about this because the bone had a displaced fracture. Additionally, I pointed out a swollen and bruised ankle during my second visit and the doctor waved his hand in dismissal and said it's just gravity pulling the bone bleed down to the ankle. At the third appointment when I was told to walk without brace and crutches I asked if it was okay to walk on the ankle since it's still bruised, swollen and tender. He said I needed to go see an ankle specialist and let them answer. I asked so do I continue on crutches until I see an ankle specialist and he said walk without crutches as tolerated. Very confusing. Poor communication and lack of thorough examination.

Superb professionals…from scheduling, to x-ray tech, to medical staff. Really first rate.

The receptionists were polite, but not the most professional. It is my first visit to the clinic and I stood and waited for the receptionists to finish their conversation before they even addressed me. Their demeanor made it seem like I was inconvenient and interrupting their conversation. When I came back after seeing the doctor to schedule physical therapy the receptionist stepped out. When she finally came back I walked up to the reception counter and they were all having a conversation. Again I waited, they didn’t look me, I had to interrupt to schedule the appointment. As a new patient I felt like I was a bother to the receptionists. When I gave back the pad for example one of the receptionists just kept talking like I wasn’t there. The other receptionist helped me because the one I first felt with just kept chatting away. It presents an unprofessional front to the clinic, and as a new patient I was uncomfortable with the check in and check out process. When they actually acknowledged me they were polite, but getting them to acknowledge me was not pleasant.
