I needed to change my appointment and was unable to. They offered me something several more weeks out. When I talked to David Villagras today he said I could have come in on Thursday. I missed my husbands appointment with his neurologist. He has Parkinson’s. I am still very upset about it. I had no idea that I could have ask for an appointment through Force and changed it. Maybe it’s my fault. I don’t know. David said he could not understand why they told me they had nothing else. He said I could have seen Thursday instead. I just needed to vent. I also felt this was handled poorly on your end. Too many gatekeepers.
