It seems I had accidentally cancelled my appointment but failed to get or see a text to this circumstance. I was not told this when I checked in. I waited 20-30 minutes while other patients were taken. I then sat in the area to wait for an x-ray. I waited 15 minutes while others went before me. I thought perhaps something with my appointment was wrong, but only found out as I left because I asked the receptionist. I was glad then that I was seen but somewhat annoyed about all the waiting. I was glad Dr. Fricka saw me — even in 5 minutes, he gave me some good information.

If you keep up this outstanding level of service, I may be forced to relinquish my lifetime membership in the cynic's association. Truly, the entire team at Anerson Orthopedics have been a salve to my soul through not only the unapparelled technical medical expertise, but also through the obvious, palpable CARING through every stage of our relationship. For which my wife and I are and will remain eternally grateful.

It is so difficult to reach you by phone. Even my PCP had problems. No matter the day or time of day, the wait is inexcusably long. The call back offer would be nice if someone actually called back. The "find your party's extension" feature doesn't recognize the first three letters of Dr. Fricka's name. I tried three times. I gave two stars based on this. If I wasn't so determined to have Dr. Fricka, I'd give up and go to another provider. Very unwelcoming to patients and very unprofessional.

I didn't know that the P.A. was going to make the final decisions pertaining to my situation. I understood that the P.A. would gather the information, discuss it with the doctor, and then I would have a consultation with the DOCTOR.

My two PT handlers are great: Rachel and Destiny. They have gotten me on the path to recovery from knee surgery, and their careful, professional efforts are producing observable effects. They are great! Thanks to both of them.
