The staff at this Clinic honor your time as much as they do theirs. One time I may have waited 10 minutes for xrays, generally I don't even get seated before I'm called. I'm in and out under an hour, from being greeted as soon as I walk in by those at the desk, to being taken for xrays, speaking to the staff about current meds, then a staff doctor who feels my knee and ask if there are issues, then the doctor comes in with all the info given and reiterates what was told to him and ask more questions. I never feel rushed when speaking to Dr Fricka, I leave knowing that all my concerns, if any, have been addressed. Love this Clinic, would highly recommend. Thank you for your excellent service to your patients.

My provider was arrogant and failed to properly explain/answer a question that may have seemed silly to him, but not to me, the patient. Unfortunately, I’ll never return or recommend this practice.
