All my knee problems questions were answered. Dr. Saddler was nice and took his time to check on me. This is my first visit and first time meeting him. He is nice and very patiently giving solutions to your problems.

This was just phone call pre-surgery. I spoke to Jennifer, and she was helpful and reassuring as to what I was doing and what I could expect after. Great “”bedside”” manner. I feel a little more comfortable and ready to go in on Thursday.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to wait over an hour to be seen. This is unusual as the normal wait time is short. Not sure what was going on but to wait over an hour to be seen was extremely inconvenient.

The primary reason to choose a surgeon is confidence in the results of the surgery. Having said that, the staff at Anderson are unfailingly friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile.
