David (DR Fricka PA) answered all of our questions, immediately us at ease review the comparative imagery, discussed the survey and schedule me for July.

I am really pleased with the care I am getting regarding my knees and the results as well. I would recommend Dr. Fricka and his team to any of my friends and relatives.

I was greeted quickly at the check in desk and taken back to an exam room very promptly a few minutes before my appointment time. But then I had to wait for 39 minutes in the exam room before the doctor came in. One never knows if they had emergencies to address but I do always try to be on time myself.

You overbook your doctors so we have to wait so long to get an appointment.

This was my second visit with Dr. Richard Edgar. My 1st visit I didn't like his nurses bedside manner, but he was okay. My 2nd visit, both nurse and doctors bedside manner was lacking professionalism. I will not give them a 3rd! 😠

All clients, especially seniors, are not computer literate. Time from staff may be needed for the completion of forms.

The Anderson team was exceptional: Kerry. Gabby. Myrna and the radiologist whose name is did not catch. Anderson does not get any better.

I was very impressed with Dr Engh and the young man with whom I also spoke.
