Clean, professional, and supportive.

I believe a wait time to see my provider of close to one and one half hours is very unreasonable and inconsiderate. You are overbooking appointments and being unrealistic as to how much time each appointment takes to complete.

Dr. Sershon and staff were outstanding. Dr. Sershon explained the procedure, surgery data, the location was superb - at the National Harbor location, very convenient. The printouts provided were very thorough in describing the procedure/surgery to be done, alone with pre- and post- surgery information. Highly recommend Anderson Clinic!

Staff is exceptionally friendly, positive, professional, and helpful. They were very patient and helpful when I had a reaction to one of the medications. Getting 2nd knee done on schedule!

Staff are very helpful .One member (Shannon?) went out of her way to help us by escorting us to an alternative elevator and back to The correct door to Get to yellow parking lot
