The staff was professional and caring. There was not much of a wait yet I never felt rushed. The calm demeanor of Dr. Fricka instilled confidence and calm for my upcoming surgery. His staff was also very helpful with various details needed to make arrangements for the surgery. The literature explaining preparation was quite clear.
