Dr Fricka is the best! I can't thank him enough for making me feel normal again!

I received a warm reception with have to wait a very short time! I was a few minutes early and was processed in right away. I was pleased with my provider and the information he shared on my progress and what I needed to do to complete my recovery. He was thorough in his explanations of my surgery. He was clear as to what I needed to focus on over the next few weeks. I have already signed up for follow-up therapy as per his recommendation. My family was there to support me.

The medical assistant (can't recall her name) was excellent. She put me at ease immediately upon entering the exam room. She asked questions that I hadn't been asked before. Took her time and didn't seem rushed or in a hurry to get to her next appointment. I felt comfortable and she offered several suggestions that hadn't been mentioned in previous ortho appointments at ORTHO Virginia on Walkers Lane. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to take a genuine interest in my right knee discomfort. Also, the x-ray technician was very efficient and pleasant.

Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. Loved my new Dr. He shared some eye opening news with me. Great visit.

They are very professional in their care, communication, resolutions and follow-up. This is the second time I have been under their care. I feel very safe and confident in their approach and medical expertise in their field.

Very efficient and professional

It is always a pleasure to visit the Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic because everyone on staff is kind, welcoming, courteous and professional. Dr. Hamilton is exceptional as he is warm, friendly, clear in his answers to questions, and, of course, is an exceptional surgeon. Their fellows are getting great training and experience. It’s always interesting to speak with them.

Everything was fine physicians and Aida was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of my condition. Just didn’t know what’s the purpose of the online check in if I have to do the same thing once I arrive for my appointment. I told the receptionist I did online check in and paid she told me I had to do it again. What was the point of me checking in online.
