Everyone was very professional and helpful.

The medical assistant (can't recall her name) was excellent. She put me at ease immediately upon entering the exam room. She asked questions that I hadn't been asked before. Took her time and didn't seem rushed or in a hurry to get to her next appointment. I felt comfortable and she offered several suggestions that hadn't been mentioned in previous ortho appointments at ORTHO Virginia on Walkers Lane. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to take a genuine interest in my right knee discomfort. Also, the x-ray technician was very efficient and pleasant.

It is always a pleasure to visit the Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic because everyone on staff is kind, welcoming, courteous and professional. Dr. Hamilton is exceptional as he is warm, friendly, clear in his answers to questions, and, of course, is an exceptional surgeon. Their fellows are getting great training and experience. It’s always interesting to speak with them.

Everything was fine physicians and Aida was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of my condition. Just didn’t know what’s the purpose of the online check in if I have to do the same thing once I arrive for my appointment. I told the receptionist I did online check in and paid she told me I had to do it again. What was the point of me checking in online.
