Maybe give the post op visit Dental/ and notes to the patient prior to the scheduled visit so those are covered/considered beforehand.

I just had my 10-year check up with the amazing Dr Hamilton and my hip replacements look great. I had undiagnosed congenital hip dysplasia and lived with the result until age 55.
