Waited an hour for my appointment. I know the reason was legitimate, however, better communication as that hour passed would’ve been helpful. Letting patients know at 20, 40 and 60 minute marks when they might be seen would do a lot to make this a better experience.

I was surprised and disappointed that Dr. Hamilton did not meet with me for my first post-op appointment. That has been standard with other surgeons post-op.

Wait time seemed excessive. 35 mins to get called back for x-rays. Then another 10 min wait to have them taken. Then waited 10 mins to be taken to a room. Then waited 10 mins for provider.All staff and providers were professional and took time to help and listen.

Called the following day at 9:30 am to schedule surgery, left a message with whoever answered the phone for a call back to schedule, did not receive a callback.
