Answer and a plan for treatment

It took 2 days to get an appointment. The PA reviewed my xrays with me. She compared them with older xrays. She then gave me her assessment.

There was a mix up about the location of this visit but it was handled very well and I was able to keep the appointment the same day. Everyone handled this error very well.

My only concern is the amount of time it takes to get an appointment with a doctor and it also takes a long time to get into physical therapy everything else is great

It is obvious that this Clinic understands the unpredictability of I -95! My husband & I left Fredericksburg at 12:30 for a 2:00 pm appointment, but were stopped dead several times. I began calling the office at 1:15 when we were still far away to see if my appointment time could move to a later time. The receptionist checked with the Dr’s office and moved my time to 3:30, which we made in the nick of time. Three hours on 95! Nonetheless, Dr. Shershon did not rush, making sure he answered all my questions and explaining the x-rays. I very much appreciated his patience and professionalism. I left reassured that I definitely made the right decision in choosing the Anderson Clinic for my knee surgery.
