Although the initial visit was good...I have been trying to call today for questions regarding an ice machine and was on hold for 25 minutes when I was told to leave a message and someone would get back to me...3 hours later and still no one has returned my call

I’ve been a patient at Anderson clinic with at least 5 or 6 physician’s since about 2003. Including the elder Dr Engh. I think they are the finest orthopedic physicians anywhere on the East Coast. Not just my opinion. Others have voiced the same.
