The process is not like it use to be with a coordinator handling everything for the patient. At that time it was like a five star hotel. Now we are expected to do most of the scheduling, therapy planning, phone calling, meds etc. it gets harder to do as u age and especially when u have to be a caregiver at home to Ill spouse.

Everyone was courteous, polite and helpful.

From the initial meeting through pre-op to surgery to PT and rehab everything has been done in a first class and professional way!!!

The experience was very good. I felt like the provider (Kari) was very knowledgeable , an excellent listener, and answered all my questions well. I do not like these surveys. I believe that if I I have a need. I need to let it be known at the time. I really do not like having to agree to be published in order to say what I want.

The receptionist greet you with the smile, and all the PAs and the doctors are very, very friendly
