Physician was welcoming and very knowledgeable. I liked the fact that he was up to date about technology. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

Our wait time was about 35minutes. The visits prior were so incredibly punctual and this last one left us feeling forgotten. The Dr Sershon, the staff, the nurses and the surgery team were all wonderful! We had hoped someone would have explained the delay and truly that would have helped. We are looking forward to continuing our journey with your team. Thank you 😊

Visit was great but scheduler at Woodburn did not seem to be able to understand that because I have 2 orthopedic problems before I can schedule knee surgery I need to understand timeline of Achilles shock therapy which must be completed before the knee surgery. I was given 3 appointments but still don’t have enough info to know best time to schedule my knee surgery. I’ll try again tomorrow but it is disappointing to have to exert so much energy to just get some basic information. I didn’t like the attitude I encountered over the phone.

Dr Wallach is excellent doctor who carefully explains the condition and answers all the questions

PA Kari Kober is not only professionally excellent in all regards she is also a positive and highly helpful breath of fresh air who lifts my spirit every visit. She is a wonderful reflection on the AOC.

Dr. Nagda took the necessary time to explain my situation, answer my questions, and give me advice. He's also easy to communicate with.
