The Clinic should provide notification that the Shirlington office has relocated. The phone system should be improved to reduce the time required to speak to a person.

Very professional operation with a personal touch!

This was a four month follow-up to the hip replacement surgery. I had in May. DR Sershon and the entire staff were amazing. Today I saw three people, one to process in, a fellow working with DR Sershon and then DR Sershon. I was in and out even prior to my scheduled appointment time. Very efficient very happy.

This is not about my visit, but to the responses I have received from Dr. Fricka. On several occasions I have sent a question to him, and I am totally amazed how quickly his response has been to my question. Yes, some have been copy and paste, but the majority have been written to the exact question I have sent, and have been immediate, within minutes. When having joint surgery, this was so appreciated. Thank you. Also, my visit on Tuesday, with the PA, was just as fantastic!

Pain is worse in back and knee. Pain doctor Requested a MRI the results were bad. He says if I could a Surgeon to h me with the condition of my back he says might talk a Surgeon burn the nerves, but he doubts I can find a doctor after reading results days I can’t get any better but will get worse. I just don’t think I could have surgery due to other problems. He might help me to tolerate, but I will always have back problems, no hope that all the pain is from from back. He says in comparison with other MRI’s and scans that the fall at hospital probably made it worse. I can do nothing except live with pain. Thank you, Virginia Blevins.
