Why such a very, very good medical organization still has administration (phone answering, passing accurate info to proper admin) details. The early teaching ptogram had light blue and very small fonts made it very difficult to read on a cell phone (I was temporarily without a desk top computer.)

I don’t mind to consult Inova Anderson hospital in the future whatever problem I have related to my osteoarthritis and of course the total right knee replacement.

I found them 15 years ago when I had knee pain. I attended one of the informational sessions at the Harbor. Dr. Fricka replaced both knees and I have been pleased ever since, and have shared my experience and referred several patients to you over the years. My physician assistant for today's appointment, Annie Davis was excellent.

I am so grateful for your superb professional staff. Their knowledge is comforting, and the whole process is extremely efficient!
