My entire experience at the clinic was excellent, even after call back the next day I received excellent services I was told by 5 people how great Dr. Frick is I was so impressed with his great manners and the decision he offer me. I am so thankful for seeing him, it took me 2 months to see him.

People on site very nice. The main problem is trying to get an appointment within a reasonable time and not having to wait on the phone 20 to 25 mins. to talk with a person.

The clinic utilizes too many diverse electronic/software applications. Case in point: After receiving the appointment in Force and confirming, I received a text message asking me to confirm. Thereafter I received a text from an unnamed source with a 205 area code asking me to download an app from a supplied site and subsequently go to another supplied site to enter information. No reference to the Anderson Clinic or other name was provided other than to state I had an appointment. The vagueness and non- local area code made me think scam/phishing. Thus forcing me to disregard. Subsequently I determined it was for an application the Clinic uses. Since I had a knee replacement and use the Clinic’s Force application, this text was scary, depicts a non-organized approach in an electronics happy business as well as being cold and impersonal.

My meeting with David was great. He took his time to answer my questions and even let my sister take pictures of my X-rays! He gave me instructions for continued range of motion. Very kind and knowledgeable.
