Excellent professional service, very knowledgeable doctors, nurses and all personnel at the clinic.

Maybe include the clinic name on the appt confirmation. My scheduler sent me to the wrong clinic- even said how much closer it was to where I live! But the appt was not in FFX but Mt Vernon so had to scoot down there and wait til the PA was available (which actually wasn’t too long considering)

I can’t say enough great things about the care and service I received from start to finish. 😁

Appointment ONCE getting to a person after a Minimum of 20 minutes hold time was Great and Very Accommodating. Need more Staff to actually Answer calls and be able to perform tasks and if needed to right person on First call. Other than this Anderson Clinic is Awesome and LOVE Force. Will be scheduling another knee replacement with Dr. Sershon within 10 weeks. 5 Star service from Start to Finish!!!

My doctor , DR Edgar, was surprised that he was seeing me. He thought I probably should have been seen by a back doctor. He is a sports doctor and my complaint was sciatica and I had two previous back surgeries including a PLIF.Since my pain had gone away , we decided to go a PT route..
