I had to stop at the front desk on my way out to see if they wanted my co-pay. I was concerned about the clinic getting it's money.

I guess this is from seeing Dr Fricka 3 months ago? That is what I based this on. I had a pre-,op phone interview last week, which didn't seem to fit these questions.

Dr Hubbard was on time, professional and very helpful.

All the staff are very professional and the facilities modernized. The Anderson Clinic gets you back to being you before the injuries. PT is hard work but enjoyable when you are on the mend and seeing results. 8 times and counting my injury was surgically repaired and made it back on the field to compete and still now Coaching High School sports.

So committed to the patient and getting them to where they feel comfortable and pain free in daily living

The staff and hospitality was a very pleasant. Working in the healthcare system for over 30+ years Anderson Clinic is above the rest.

Excellent professional service, very knowledgeable doctors, nurses and all personnel at the clinic.

Maybe include the clinic name on the appt confirmation. My scheduler sent me to the wrong clinic- even said how much closer it was to where I live! But the appt was not in FFX but Mt Vernon so had to scoot down there and wait til the PA was available (which actually wasn’t too long considering)

I can’t say enough great things about the care and service I received from start to finish. 😁
