Always a clean professional atmosphere

The PA did severe flexion of left knee replacement without warming up the joint which cause severe pain in the anterior aspect of my knee for 24 hours.

Lightening speed, upon arrival, check in and to Xray! Short wait to see provider! Extremely disappointed to be told this provider would only evaluate one joint at a time??? I slipped on ice and was in the worst pain I have ever experienced. My hip and knee both hurt! I paid a 50.00 co-pay to have half of my injuries evaluated. No Xray of my knee! No actual physical assessment was done! Fully dressed for the entire visit. My knee remains swollen, never checked for bruising. No hip assessment, physical exam, inspection, palpation or ROM evaluation. Or he might have heard the intermittent pop of my hip.

This has been a great experience. I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone who has orthopedic issues.

I was told that my insurance would not allow patients to use online services. The PA made no attempt to communicate and I made several calls to make an in-person appointment. I finally met her two days ago, which proved invaluable. She was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to moving forward with knee surgery with both Dr Sershon and PA Annie Davis.
