The in office experience was excellent. Intake? Not so much. The iPad-based questionnaire was a glitchy POS that didn’t allow a full range of answers. Forcing me to put in a pharmacy with a brutal search tool was infuriating— and required me to select my 3 rd choice!! Why can I NOT select Amazon pharmacy???Update the app or go back to paper. Digitization shouldn’t limit a patient’s choices!
