There was difficulty seeing any provider.The provider ( Annie) was very thorough.I was not advised there is a venue that handles extent cases. Had I known of the existence of the urgent care facility, it would have saved me a few days of pain.

Martelle takes all the time the patient needs for evaluation, treatment and explanation. She is a gem!

Annie Davis was so kind and once i discussed wanting surgery - she gave me the option to just wait to see a surgeon versus making an additional apppointment- great customer service

I saw Dr Edgar who after looking at the MRI he said everything was fine and dismissed the pain as something that will go away with time. Well I just received the radiologist report of my MRI which completely contradicts what Edgar said. I have a tear and knee joint effusion. I'm going to go see an ACTUAL ORTHOPEDIC doctor next but it will not be with Anderson Ortho because I simply lost all trust in their knowledge or ability. I also don't know if I saw another doctor there if they would prioritize my healthcare as much as they might be looking out at protecting their colleague.

All staff at Anderson Clinic were friendly. However, The lady at the front office of Anderson Physical Therapy office,3rd floor, that was recommended to me had an attitude when I was scheduling an appointment.

I feel that everyone listens at The Anderson Clinic. From person on the phone, front desk, X-ray and doctor.
