Very professional and informative visit

Dr.Schipper and Martelle,PA, are so responsive to their patients. Within less than 15 minutes of posting a message on the Force App, Dr.Schipper called me and set up an appointment for that day. He and Martelle took such wonderful care of me and coordinated to resolve my problem. Can’t thank them enough.

Annie Davis is the perfect blend of pragmatism and empathy. She maintained her professional demeanor yet took the time to listen to all of my concerns and respond to them. She is a wonderful counterpoint to Dr. Sershon’s reserved approach. If only I could have talked with her before the surgery. I think I would have had less apprehension going in and fewer questions during my recovery. I was terrified prior to the surgery, my terror largely stemming from Facebook groups of people about to have total knee replacement or in the recovery period following the surgery. I think about the number of people who probably should have tkr’s and don’t because of fear of the pain following surgery. While utilizing a person like Annie, along with the surgeon, to address groups of persons with osteoarthritis of the knee or hip who are undecided about surgery would certainly change some minds. (No, I am not a marketer nor do I mean to suggest a marketing plan; however, this just occurred to me.) A person who has assisted in the OR and has medical credentials carries far more weight than a marketing specialist.
