My original contact with Anderson Clinic was with Dr. Robert Sershon at the Reston office. Arlington has been the secondary contact following Dr. Sershon's September surgery on my knee. My survey responses apply to all my contacts with Dr. Sershon as well as the surgery center in MD and the Arlington personnel.

In person visit went well and smooth. I’d advise looking at the booking process online. I entered my info as I have been there before and still wasn’t able to make an appointment. It gave an error message and said to call for appointment. Should be easier to schedule one if I’m currently a patient.

Great doctor and PA

Dr. Branches is the absolute BEST. Not only is he super knowledgeable, but he has excellent bedside manners. He knows how to explain the situation so that the patient fully understands. His staff members are professional. The ladies at the front desk have lots of patience. I've been telling everyone about the office since I left. If you want a great Orthopedic Surgeon, then go see Dr. Branches at Anderson Orthopedic! They are the best!

At this point, I'm very impressed with the process, the strategies used to prepare me for my surgery. I'm in pain with exercising as often as I do but it's preparing me for surgery. I hope the support I'm receiving now continues after the surgery is completed.
