Your portal is awful. Via computer is is ok. Via phone it is confusing and in my case absolutely worthless.

Everyone was kind and well aware that they were dealing with a patient who was in pain and a little nervous in unfamiliar territory.

Please let me share three thoughts. 1. Dr. Saddler is an excellent doctor. 2. I would prefer that Dr.Saddler’s punctuality was better. My appointment today was at 9:20 am. Dr. Saddler arrived to the exam room where I was waiting at 10:15 am and 10::30 am. I understand there are appointments before mine and some of those appointments may take longer than expected, may involve difficult medical issues requiring more study/discussion, may require answering many questions from other patients, etc. I am thus sympathetic to the situation and certainly want the doctor to spend the appropriate time with other patients. Having said that, this was not my first visit with Dr. Saddler. I have experienced this same issue in most other past visits with Dr. Saddler. In addition, scheduling visits at ten minute intervals invites this situation. I respect Dr. Saddler for his experience, judgment, knowledge, etc. and expect there are others who feel similarly, thus the reason he is highly-sought. That may mean I need to be understanding about Dr. Saddler’s ability to be timely. And I am. But there are limits to that understanding. 3. Every appointment reminder I receive about an upcoming appointment with Dr. Saddler includes the same statement — please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. That request is entirely appropriate as Dr. Saddler’s time is valuable. But so too is the time of patients. Thank you for listening.
