Everyone was friendly, kind and knowledgeable and efficient. Plus they knew who I was and I’m not there very often. A wonderful extra level of caring.

It would be lovely if you had in-house MRI capability. Otherwise, no complaints!

The e-mail about pre-check in for the appointment was problematic. It talked only about doing this with a cell phone app, and I don't use a cell phone. I'll have to call the clinic to find out what to do in the future. You should fix this, like by asking people to go to a portal link for the appointment.

My only complaint was that I was told to be at the Clinic at 7:45 a.m. & the Clinic was not open when I got there.

In addition to obvious high standards of professionalism the entire staff creates an atmosphere of warmth and caring. They make a visit to the clinic a very pleasant experience.

Grateful to be in the care of Dr Sershon and PA Annie Davis. Appreciate the Force - an excellent tool for recovery.

Dr. Sershon is excellent & answers all your questions. I would highly recommend him.

Will use Anderson again. I have had multiple surgeries with Anderson Dr’s and I have always been happy.
