I was disappointed that Dr Goyal only sees patients one day a month and the same with surgery. I do not like using the two apps. I didn’t feel I received the same care as with my other surgeries. Annie was very nice and kind. I know when I called in December for more pain meds, I spoke with a different person who informed me I should obrvoff the pain meds. In December that was two months after having my knee replaced. She did fill my request, but was given only 10 pills. I have a low tolerance to pain. She knew nothing about me. I tried to tell her I was not taking them during the day and only at night when the discomfort from keeping me from getting sleep. Sure Dr Goyal operated on me but that’s where his care ended with me. Dr Goyal has never spoke to me like that person on the phone about the pain meds. I have been do disappointed with my care this time around. Dr Goyal had replaced both of my hips and my right knee. I feel this recovery did not go as well as all my previous surgeries. One other I called when recovering and was told I should be using the app. Seriously!!

Saw Building at Woodburn Medical so called and made appointment. It is close to my home and more convenient than Mt. Vernon.

Dr. Schipper is a fabulous doctor! He saved me from losing my big toe, I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend him!!
