Wonderful treatment/service! No improvements necessary as far as I’m concerned!

As always the medical staff/health care providers, receptionists are very professional, caring, courteous, patient and informative. All of my questions are answered and clarified before I exit the facility. The facility is modern, comfortable and state of the art. Should I need to call back for more information, I am able to talk with someone who addresses my concerns in a timely manner.

Our appt with Annie Davis went very well. She took her time to answer all our questions which is greatly appreciated!! When we asked if Dr. Sershon was there and if we could see him to thank him, there was no hesitation from Annie. Before we knew it, Dr. Sershon was there for us to thank him for providing me with the greatest of care during both of my hip revisions!! He made us feel like he had all the time to spend with us, which truly meant so much to us!! Because of him, my legs are even and I’m set for life!!

Shirley Lazaro was excellent in explaining post op knee replacement. Great knowledge and interaction with patient. Highly recommend her as a PA-C.

Annie Davis is a credit to the Anderson Clinic. Her caring manner and her knowledge of my malady was more than I expected.

Was difficult to correct info on check in tablet and they have mixed up my husband’s first and last name. Several contact layers if a procedure is chosen. Dr. Craig McCasey was excellent. He took the time to explain the procedure and answered all our questions.
