PA Baumgardner was outstanding, she went over the e-rays and explained the various options. Excellent bedside manner. The technical representative that fit me for the knee brace was great as well. Very good customer service from the front desk, x-ray rep, and other health professional who assisted in the prescriptions and general questions. Thank you!
