I am a repeat customer. Care received from Dr. Sherson and Dr. Branche and their teams has been extraordinary! Both MD’s are easy to connect with and listened to my concerns & questions. Excellent collaborative work on rehabilitation of my knee.

1. Talking to the PA: It was helpful to talk to someone to get answers to all my questions. Thank you. The visit was very helpful in that I felt free to ask as many questions as I had; about 12 to 15 that I had written down. And get an exchange of info with follow-ups questions being answered. 2. Out Patient physical therapy: My appreciation that the PA/doc planned to give me a prescription for out patient physical therapy without me having to ask. This is something that could be better conveyed to the patient. The general feeling I had gotten before the visit was that doing out patient physical therapy was actively discouraged. I actively do judo and am not a couch potato. I felt that I was lumped with the general couch potato who is supposedly happy to do no more than the bare minimum. I came to the appointment with videos of me doing judo to show the PA as reasons I was fighting for outpatient physical therapy. Fortunately, it was not necessary. It would be helpful if people like me, people with hard physical labor jobs, etc were not lumped together with the 'average' citizen, but were told up front that out patient physical therapy is part of the rehab unless declined by the patient.

Dr. Gandhi is a caring and excellent physician. He listens to my questions or concerns and explains what is or will be happening so that I know what to expect, especially after my hand surgery.
