Nothing. Dr. Sershon is amazing. I have relief from pain after my knee replacement.

I had a 9:30 appt. The receptionist was not there for another 7 minutes, so no one greeted me. I was brought to x-ray at my appt time, but waited 10 minutes to be seen and no patient was in before me. The PA was excellent and I felt provided me with valuable information. I did not feel rushed.

The experience was greater than my already heightened expectations! Everyone was at the peak of courtesy and professionalism from reception throughout the visit. I would rate them all at least double the given scale! Pastor Yancey

HORRIBLE SCHEDULING PROCESS!! Was on hold for over an hour on the third time that I actually got through to the clinic! I love Kristen & Dr. Branche. I’ve been a patient for years, but can’t continue on seeing them in this type of scheduling environment.

I would be a patient again.

The visit and all the staff were great during my visits at the Fairfax office and other locations. My only complaint is the wait time when I have called on several occasions is poor. The wait time has exceeded 45 minutes and is usually at least 20 minutes. If there is a way to improve wait time for calls to the office, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Fairfax location is a wonderful addition! The ease of getting into and out of that location is phenomenal.

I had a great experience visiting here at Anderson orthopedics clinic. All the staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Gandhi understood the pain I was having. I would definitely recommend the Anderson Clinic.
