Difficult areas:1. Calling is very difficult. Wait and wait... so that hang up.2. Once system locked, very difficult to be unlocked. I had to get out.

I am a previous patient and Dr. Saddler completed a successful hip surgery and also explained everything so well. I knew when I had an issue with my knee I wanted Dr Saddler as my surgeon!
