Reaching MAIN office by phone is almost impossible. On way to office I tried to call ahead with concern. After waiting on hold for 50 minutes I had reached office and so hung up.

Apparently it was the first day of a technology change and therefore it was running behind with appointments.

Visit was great, wait time on the phone is atrocious!

The office very busy but I was taken back to see the doctor very quickly.

Dr. Schipper and his staff are the best!

Dr. Ghandi did a great job in relieving the trigger finger situation.

Nothing. Dr. Sershon is amazing. I have relief from pain after my knee replacement.

I had a 9:30 appt. The receptionist was not there for another 7 minutes, so no one greeted me.I was brought to x-ray at my appt time, but waited 10 minutes to be seen and no patient was in before me.The PA was excellent and I felt provided me with valuable information. I did not feel rushed.

The experience was greater than my already heightened expectations!Everyone was at the peak of courtesy and professionalism from reception throughout the visit. I would rate them all at least double the given scale!Pastor Yancey

HORRIBLE SCHEDULING PROCESS!! Was on hold for over an hour on the third time that I actually got through to the clinic! I love Kristen & Dr. Branche. I’ve been a patient for years, but can’t continue on seeing them in this type of scheduling environment.
