Dr. Sershon gave me my life back. He gave me the gift of movement. I am forever grateful to him for agreeing to operate on my knee and giving me more good years with my sons. His bedside manner is awesome, and he truly cares for his patients. Grateful I went thru with the partial knee replacement and appreciate his kindness and expertise. I feel amazing.

Reaching MAIN office by phone is almost impossible. On way to office I tried to call ahead with concern. After waiting on hold for 50 minutes I had reached office and so hung up.

Apparently it was the first day of a technology change and therefore it was running behind with appointments.

Visit was great, wait time on the phone is atrocious!

I had a 9:30 appt. The receptionist was not there for another 7 minutes, so no one greeted me.I was brought to x-ray at my appt time, but waited 10 minutes to be seen and no patient was in before me.The PA was excellent and I felt provided me with valuable information. I did not feel rushed.
