HORRIBLE SCHEDULING PROCESS!! Was on hold for over an hour on the third time that I actually got through to the clinic! I love Kristen & Dr. Branche. I’ve been a patient for years, but can’t continue on seeing them in this type of scheduling environment.

I would be a patient again.

The visit and all the staff were great during my visits at the Fairfax office and other locations. My only complaint is the wait time when I have called on several occasions is poor. The wait time has exceeded 45 minutes and is usually at least 20 minutes. If there is a way to improve wait time for calls to the office, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Fairfax location is a wonderful addition! The ease of getting into and out of that location is phenomenal.

I had a great experience visiting here at Anderson orthopedics clinic. All the staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Gandhi understood the pain I was having. I would definitely recommend the Anderson Clinic.

Staff and doctors are amazing

Annie, Dr. Sershon's PA was absolutely delightful. She did apologize when she entered the room for the wait that I'd had, but the wait was considerable and the whole waiting room had been cleared out even before she came into my room. . .

Prefer being able to use a portal to update any forms prior to visit instead of at check in. Along with a notice to do so prior to appt date instead of each time I visit
