4 stars due to long wait to see provider. Didn't receive information about xray problem causing the delay until in with provider

The in office experience was excellent. Intake? Not so much. The iPad-based questionnaire was a glitchy POS that didn’t allow a full range of answers. Forcing me to put in a pharmacy with a brutal search tool was infuriating— and required me to select my 3 rd choice!! Why can I NOT select Amazon pharmacy???Update the app or go back to paper. Digitization shouldn’t limit a patient’s choices!

Annie was very forthcoming with answers to my questions, very kind, and just overall very pleasant. She took her time and did not rush through the visit. I appreciate her expertise and well as her warm friendly manner. Dr Sershon has an excellent PA.
