It would have been preferable to see Dr Sershon’s PA at the Reston Office. There was no way to avoid the expense and length of the drive from Winchester because the PA does not “go to Reston.”

As a Tricare Prime patient, I have never had so many issues with a civilian provider. I don’t know how or why it is going so badly, but this visit was another example of problems with coverage and benefits.
