I would have given a 5, but I waited an hour and half to be seen. Annie was wonderful when I did finally see her.

Everything was fine however the wait to see the doctor was bit long and the doctor was pretty fast and aggressive with the shoulder tests

Dr. Frica was an amazing surgeon. All of his PA I have seen before, during and after over two years are superior! A truly amazing journey!

Entire process was very good. Two aspects were exceptional:1) I thought I had damaged my hip that was replaced 4.5 years ago. Because it was Thanksgiving week, I wasn't able get an appointment for 8-days. However the administrator made sure all nurse called me that same day. The nurse was able to allay my worst fears - thank you!2) Annie, the PA for my appointment, was outstanding! We reviewed my x-rays, past and present, side by side, and determined no structural damage. Her explanation for possible cause of pain I was experiencing, and recommended courses of action have indeed of action solved the problem...thank you, Annie!
