Staff is Very Professional

Both the X-ray teacher and the PA were very timely and efficient!

Dr Azer and his staff (Xray technician, physician assistant and staff who assisted with fitting a brace) were competent and helpful.

It was an excellent experience and incredibly easy check- in process. Very friendly and caring staff. I loved loved the digital environment. Very modern and innovative practice. Dr. Nigel Ager was excellent. He had very good and genuine bedside manners. He was an exceptional communicator, explaining in understandable terms and easy to discuss issues/recommendations. Great Doctor and excellent experience. During my visit, I discovered that his Dad was my late mother's orthopedic doctor. Dr. Azer devised a good care plan and we talked through the actions. Loved my visit....which sounds weird. No anxiety..I felt very comfortable and at ease! I shared with with gym friends!!

Every staff member at this location was amazing! They were all very kind and helpful. My issue is with the actual logistics of the office. Having a broken ankle that should be non-weight bearing, the distance between check-in and the waiting room is ridiculous! And then having to go between x-rays and the exam room is even more! This location is not set up for people who have issues walking.
