Nice facility, friendly and professional staff. PA Anne Davies was very knowledgeable and explained everything completely and understandably. Answered all my questions and concerns. Felt confident that I was were I needed to be after 4 weeks of surgery.

I was disappointed with my experience during this appointment. I came in with concerns about both my hands and my right elbow, and I was surprised to learn during the visit that the doctor would address only two orthopedic concerns at a time (per Dr. Gandhi’s assistant). This limitation was not explained to me in advance, which made the appointment feel rushed and left me unsure how best to address all of my concerns.I was also concerned that important information regarding my X-rays was not fully explained during the visit. I would have appreciated more thorough communication so I could better understand the findings and any recommended next steps.I understand that physicians operate on tight schedules, but I left the appointment feeling somewhat unheard and unclear about aspects of my care. I hope the office can improve communication regarding appointment expectations and provide patients with more detailed explanations during visits.This Friday (5/22), I have an appointment with Dr. Hubbard, but I’m canceling the appointment for the fear that poor patient care is endemic to The Anderson Clinic.

I was looking for a minimally invasive knee replacement surgeon, and our friends highly recommended Dr Kevin Fricka and the Anderson Clinic. I saw his PA David Villegas, who diagnosed and explained the condition of my knees in a way that I easily understood and answered my questions.

Appreciate the streamlined process. David Villagus is great. At the beginning of dx and tx so issue is not resolved nor can it be yet. That’s a poor survey question

Both Dr Wallach and his PA Karess Denny, provide stellar service. They are each very friendly, comfortable to communicate with, highly knowledgeable regarding spinal diseases, symptoms and have a focus on least invasive treatments. I highly recommend them as an extremely competent treatment team❤️
