Everyone is so friendly from the telephone person to the doctor.

The doctor who met with me, Shirley Lazaro, was extremely informative, helpful, and reassuring. She was able to answer all of my questions about an injury that I incurred to the leg in which I had the knee replacement surgery. She suggested exercises and treatments that I could use to aid healing. She reassured me that the situation was not permanent and would heal up soon if I followed through with her advice. I never felt rushed as she patiently worked with me.

Kristin Carlini was first and foremost personable! She listened to my extensive explanation surrounding my right shoulder pain. And she explained the results of the x-rays to my satisfaction. And the ROM arm demonstration, on my part, with Ms. Carlini, revealed the " empty can". I followed the utube demo referencing how to dx a R/C injury and I decided I didn't have a tear. BUT I did not have anyone pressing on my sore Right arm when I demonstrated that position in my home. Now I see why I thought I didn't have a tendon tear. Glad I decided to see a professional at an Anderson Clinic!🤗🤗🤗

I waited nearly an hour before I met with Dr. Hubbard, but he’s a very good doctor and inspires confidence. He answered my questions and gave me a steroid shot for my carpal tunnel syndrome. I will gladly come to him again.
