was not able to get thru by phone on friday the 22nd to speak with Ebony on a return call. was put on hold for 30 minutes. i finally hung up. that had been my second time of calling office on Friday and couldn’t get thru

Karess Denny, the PA, was exceptional! She explained everything so well, gave me options and made me feel much better about my situation. She called in my prescription promptly and I was able to pick it up on my way home. I really appreciate how well I was treated.

The service at the doctor's clinic is excellent, all staff are friendly and very professional, but I can't say the same for the Therapist's office, it's one of the worst experiences I've had in many years.
