1. The check in staff was cordial and welcoming.2. The nurse/assistant was very helpful and her demeanor made me feel relaxed3. Had a very good visit with Dr. Nagda who was ver cordial and checked my shoulder thoroughly before giving the cortisone injection. The whole experience was very helpful and pleasant.
