One hour wait is Excessive and totally unacceptable.

Lexi Gray was wonderful. She gave me all the information I need for our surgery and I feel confident with her instructions that I will do wonderfully. Hopefully I will see her in the OR on July 23 with Dr. Nada.I am a self referral as I worked @ IAH as Director for 21+ years. Worked with Dr Lovallo and Enghs.

The explanation of my MRI was clear and not threatening

Marcella Roach PA was wonderful. She spent a good amount of time with me, and explained all of my options. It was an excellent experience.

Dr Schipper is patient and thorough. He answers all questions and I never feel rushed.
